2. Service Description & Customization

Invite Genie produces premium, custom-rendered digital video invitations (in MP4 4K / Full HD format) suitable for sharing via WhatsApp, email, and social messaging. Each order includes personalized text, dates, venue coordinates, couple photos or caricatures, and licensed background soundtrack.

3. Turnaround & Delivery Policy

Standard initial video drafts are rendered and delivered directly to your registered WhatsApp number within **24 hours** after receiving all required event information and media assets from the client. Urgent requests (same-day delivery) are available upon request.

4. Free Revisions & Approvals

We offer **free revisions** on spelling, dates, times, and minor design adjustments until you are 100% satisfied with the draft. Substantial changes (such as selecting a completely different template theme after full render) may incur an additional nominal redesign fee.

5. Intellectual Property

Invite Genie retains all design template architecture, animations, and motion graphic rights. The customer receives a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive license to share and distribute the rendered video invitation for their personal event.
